Ingredients

  1. 300 gbeef mince
  2. 1small brown onion finely chopped
  3. 2eggs lightly beaten
  4. 1 tablespoonflat-leaf parsley leaves
  5. 2 sheetfrozen puff pastry
  6. Partially thawed
  7. 1/4 cupwater
  8. 1/2 teaspoonmustard powder
  9. 4 cupsflour
  10. 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 220°c.Line a baking tray with baking paper.

    Combine mince,onion,carrot,parsley,dried herbs and pepper in a large bowl.Mix until well combined.Cut pastry sheets in half.

    Shape one-quarter of the mince mixture into a dough and place along 1 long edge of pastry.Roll up pastry to enclose mince mixture,cut the edge into 6 roll it and cover.Place,seam side down,on prepared tray.Repeat the process with mince mixture and pastry.

    Brush the Snacks Roll tops with milk or egg.Bakr for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.Allow to cool on tray for 5minutes.Serve with cold drinks or warm.
