Ingredients

  1. 4 cupschicken stock
  2. 11/2 cupscooked spinach
  3. 2 cups1/2 and 1/2
  4. 1/4 cupbutter
  5. 2 tablespoonsflour
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Chop spinach add to stock press through sieve

  2. 2

    Heat in double boiler add stock and milk which have been thoroughly heated

  3. 3

    Add butter

  4. 4

    Blend all together

  5. 5

    Little whipped cream before serving

  6. 6

    Serve hot
