Very healthy and tasty paratha which can be done in no time...

Ingredients

20 mins
  1. 1 cupSpinach chopped -
  2. 1 cupCabbage chopped -
  3. 1 tspOil -
  4. Water - 1/4 cup (needed)
  5. 1/2 tspAjwain seeds -
  6. 1/2 tspCumin seeds -
  7. 2 cupsWheat flour -
  8. 2 tspSalt -
  9. Ghee - 3 tbsp (for cooking)
  10. 1 tspTurmeric powder -
  11. 2 tspChilli powder-

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a wide vessel mix everything except ghee by adding water little by little.

    When everything comes together, cover it and keep it for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    After 10 minutes, divide the mixture into a equal lemon sized balls.

  4. 4

    Pat with flour and make it a round shape.

  5. 5

    When the tawa is hot, put these parathas one by one turning sides and adding ghee on it.

  6. 6

    Enjoy it with any curry or just with pickle/curd.
