Ingredients

  1. 250 gmswheat flour
  2. 1grated beetroot
  3. 1grated carrot
  4. 50 gmsgrated cabbage
  5. 3tspoons of green chilli paste
  6. 2tspoons of salt
  7. 2tspoons of coriander leaves chopped
  8. 3tbspoons of oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take big bowl add wheat flour, grated carrot, beetroot and cabbage.add salt, green chilli paste,1tbspoon oil and Knead smooth dough

  2. 2

    Cover it and rest for 20 minutes. Again Knead for couple of minutes.now take out small portion and roll paratha.heat tawa put rolled paratha.roast from both the sides.serve hot with coconut chutney and sauce.

    Very healthy option of Indian flat bread.do try this.
