Another middle eastern mix vegetable salad that I like..

I have made this many times and its great on a hot day with a bbq, you can pick and mix ingredients as they are available through the year.

Sometimes the hubby and I don’t want a heavy meal, so I’ll prepare a hearty salad

I learned this salad by my self.It was really good and it was very light this is something that a person needs for a slight hunger :)

Need to lighten up the meals but wanted a satisfying dinner. A loaded salad is my answer!

This is easily doubled to make a larger batch for a party ,bbq or family event.

I got this recipe from my mother however I changed it a bit and now every get together, I get lucky enough to make it🤗👍

Mexican Bean salad is spicy and tangy salad . Served over chicken and other dishes. It gives the level to normal beans when combined with dressing gives an ultimate taste. Enjoy the recipe.

I love salad and making it different every time

It is very popular to add mayonnaise to the crab meat salad, but I did not add it. I just wanted to enjoy the crab meat flavor and not the mayonnaise.https://youtu.be/bgwKpCSG17I

Came up with this on the spot, I don't like a lot of what goes into traditional potato salad. And it has the benefit of not being over dressed like store bought.
