Cooking Instructions

    Cut your gizzard into smaller bits(optional) and marinate well with thyme,curry,knorr cubes,onion,Scotch bonnet,salt,maggi and cider vinegar. Keep in the fridge overnight

    Put your marinated gizzard in a pan or pot and and little water to cook. When done drain water and set aside

  3. 3

    Cut your plantain into desired shape and fry.. Set aside also when done

  4. 4

    In a sizeable pot, put little vegetable oil and fry your diced chives,onions,and pepper

  5. 5

    When translucent pour in your plantain and gizzard and mix well

  6. 6

    Your gizdodo is ready.
