Cooking Instructions

Cut chicken in pieces, wash properly and put to boil with a cup of water, stock cubes, 1 bulb finely chopped onions the bonnet pepper and a pinch of salt and allow to cook for 8 minutes remove the pepper and allow chicken to continue to cook

Roast tomatoes with olive oil and garlic cloves add the cooked pepper blend with a cup of water and strain using a cloth strainer and to the pot of chicken

Blend ginger, garlic and onion with a cup of water and strain using a cloth strainer and add to the pot of chicken. Allow to cook for 20minutes or until tender, add white and black pepper, don't forget to taste for salt, and your chicken light soup is ready, serve hot with a drink of your choice.
