Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 2 slicesbread
  3. 1/2onion sliced
  4. to tasteSalt and seasoning
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 1 tspbutter (to coat the pan)

Cooking Instructions

    To make the scrambled egg break the eggs in a small bowl and add the salt and seasoning then whisk and set aside.

    In a pan add the oil and onion saute for few secs(you can add vegs of choice at this stage).

    Pour the eggs into the pan if it starts to come together use a fork to scramble mixing it occasionally till cooked.

    For the toast put a pan on the stove and heat on med heat rub the pan with butter and place the bread slices. when golden brown flip the other side and toast till golden.serve with the scrambled eggs and tea.
