  3. Palmoil
  4. Seasoning
  5. Locust beans

Cooking Instructions

    Grate your okro,season and cook your assorted meat.

    Put water on fire add little oil,assorted meat,and add your grated pepper leave to boil then add your okro when it done about then add your seasoning,locust beans and salt then give it a stir
