Ingredients

  1. 12 ozchicken breast fillet (about 350 grams)
  2. Marinade Ingredients:
  3. 3 tbsptapioca flour
  4. 1 1/2 tbspsoy sauce
  5. 1/2 tspground black pepper
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tspfish sauce
  8. Sauce
  9. 2 tbspoyster sauce
  10. 3 tbspchili sauce
  11. 1 tbspketchup
  12. 2 tbsppalm sugar
  13. 1 tspground black pepper
  14. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  15. 1 tbspsesame oil
  16. 1 tbspchili powder
  17. 1 tbsplemon juice
  18. Stir-fry Ingredients
  19. 3 clovesgarlic, finely chopped
  20. 1 inchginger, finely chopped
  21. 1onion, cut into squares
  22. 1/2red bell pepper, cut into squares
  23. 1/2green bell pepper, cut into squares
  24. 5dried red chilies, cut
  25. 3green onions, cut into large diagonal pieces
  26. 1 handfulfried cashews

Cooking Instructions

    Dice the chicken breast fillet.

    Add all the marinade ingredients, mix well, cover with cling wrap, and let it rest for 30 minutes.

    Fry the chicken until cooked, then remove and drain.

    Mix all the sauce ingredients.

    Stir-fry the chopped garlic, chopped ginger, and some of the onion until fragrant. Then add the chicken and sauce, and mix well.

    Add the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, dried chilies, and the remaining onion. Mix well and adjust the seasoning.
