In a bowl combine flour, salt, butter and mix

Gradually add water to form dough, knead and allow to rest for 30mins

For the fillings, using mortar, crush onions, bonnet pepper, garlic, then add the chicken breast until well mixed, add seasonings and spices until everything is well blended

Heat oil in a pan, add the minced chicken and stir fry, stirring occasionally (it will take about 10-15mns,until the chicken is cooked and no trace of water is left

Divide the dough into small balls 0n a floured surface, roll each ball flat and cut out round shape using a cookie cutter or cup

Add chicken fillings at the center and brush the edges with some water and place another round shaped dough on top and seel with the help of a fork

Fry till golden brown
