    Procedure :
    Chicken ko thoray se oil me fry karen sath me adrak lehson paste b add karen.

    Jab chkn ka pani dry ho jaye to us me pepper, origano add karen.

    Then lemon juice add kar k utar len
    Potato boil kar k usme bread crumbs n chkn mince add kar k tikiya bana len then egg laga k kabab bana len

    Bun ko dono side se light fry karen
    then mayo n ketchup laga k mid me kabab rakh k salid add kar k serve karen.
