Cooking Instructions

Dice potatoes and carrot into chuncks. In a pot steam or cook the potatoes with pinch of salt pour hot water to the carrot to make it a bit tender

Drain in a steamer set aside

In a bowl add bama or mayonise of your choice add vinegar sugar and lemon stir well and add the potatoes into the mixture and set a side

Dice the chicken and marinate with salt adn spices let rest for 1hr

Brown the chicken add off a bit water to let cook

In a pan add chopped onions garlic stir fry add a bit of water soy sauce bring to boil and add chicken cook for abt 4min

Flat bread mix all the dry ingredient together and add water to make a dough knead well for smother dough set aside to let rise for 30min and make small balls and roll over to make round

With tissue spread some oil in a pan and put the spreaded round dough in a low heat bake both the side

NB;please u r to start with the flat bread mean while you marinate the chicken cut your poatoes set aside dice all items to make it easy for you then make the sauce followed by the salat. Is my explanation came from dowm u know 1st day of ramadan😀
