Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1/3kilo of mince meat
  2. 4fresh carrots
  3. 1/2 cupwater
  4. 1/4 cupoil
  5. 2maggi
  6. 1onga
  7. 1tblspoon of curry
  8. Jajjage
  9. 1/2 teaspoonginger powder,soya sauce
  10. Water to cook
  11. 2 cupsflour
  12. 1tblspoon of yeast
  13. 1 teaspoonsalt
  14. 2tblpoon of oil
  15. Warm water to mix

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add mince meat to a pot add water and ginger powder cook for 10min

  2. 2

    Add carrot and cook for 10min more if d water is finish u can add a little to make the carrot soft

  3. 3

    Drop from heat add oil to another pot and add jajjage

  4. 4

    Fry for about 5-8mins then add the mince meat and carrot

  5. 5

    Add maggi,onga,curry,soya sauce

  6. 6

    Stir for 5min add a little water and cover to cook for 5min

  7. 7

    Drop from heat

    Add flour,salt,oil,water and make a sticky dough

  9. 9

    Cover to rest for 10min

    Then place baking paper to a baking tray add some of the dough and then put some black seeds and ridi

    Then bake for 10min

    Try this and enjoy for iftar
