Spongy Vrat Rasmalai Spongy Vrat Rasmalai
Rasmalai is a rich dish most commonly enjoyed in India. Today, I was craving something sweet, so I decided to make Rasmalai suitable for fasting. It turned out very delicious, just like from a sweet shop. It's so spongy that you'll want more than one. Its light sweetness makes it a favorite among both kids and adults. Blue Cake!! (Baby Shower 👶🏻🩵) Blue Cake!! (Baby Shower 👶🏻🩵)
Finally Friday! If any of you have a baby shower this weekend—or just want to surprise a friend or family member who’s expecting—here’s the cake I made for my boss for the baby shower we threw at work.He was having a boy, so I made it blue, but you can totally switch it to pink if it’s for a girl 🎀.And if there’s no baby shower at all, no problem—you can still make it! Just use dark, milk, or white chocolate instead of the blue chocolate I used here.I’m not usually a big fan of artificial-looking stuff, but honestly, it turned out super cute and tasted amazing!I even bought those little sugar baby toppers and somehow got the frosting color to match almost perfectly.I didn’t get a “Pinterest-worthy” photo because I was in a rush to surprise him, but the important thing is how it turned out 😉Want to know how I made it? Chicken Sicky Soup Chicken Sicky Soup
My daughter and her entire family had the flu. They were all miserable. So I decided to make something that would be light on their stomachs, warm, and comforting. It’s so easy it’s pathetic, but it reeeeally hit the spot! I made another pot of it this morning for another sickie and delivered it. She’s nearly eaten the whole pot. Something about chicken soup is medicinal. SherryRandall: The Leftover Chronicles -

Easy! Fluffy Teriyaki Yellow-Tail Easy! Fluffy Teriyaki Yellow-Tail
I was not so keen on teriyaki yellow-tail, so I wanted to eat it in a delicious way.Coating the fish in flour seals in the umami and the moisture. That way, even if you cook the fish too much, it will turn out tender. The thick sauce is also delightful! The taste is rather sweet, for kids to enjoy, so adjust the sweetness to taste. For 4 servings. Recipe by yamita cookpad.japan
