Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Pepper
  3. Onion
  4. Fish
  5. Seasonings
  6. Spices
  7. 5egg
  8. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the yam and boil it, mash and grate pepper onion and add them all together, with ur hand,

    Break 2 eggs and put into the yam mixture.

  3. 3

    Fry the fish and remove the flesh then squeeze it to become tiny, and add it into the yam mixture,add ur desired spices and seasonings to ur taste, then make a medium ball shape with ur hand, repeat till u finish.whisk the remaining 3 eggs and add some seasoning,put some oil in a pan, when it's hot then u dip in ur yam balls in the egg and transfer it into the hot oil to fry. When it becomes golden brown it's done. Let it cool and serve. Enjoy
