Ingredients

  1. Tofu cubed
  2. Grated onion
  3. Grated scotchbonnet
  4. Oil
  5. Garam masala powder
  6. Red chili flakes
  7. Marinade
  8. Oil
  9. Lemon juice
  10. Black pepper
  11. Red chili powder
  12. Garam masala powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate tofu in the above marinade for 1 -2 hours(prefer overnight)

  2. 2

    Heat oil and deep fry tofu

  3. 3

    Drain and set aside

  4. 4

    Heat another pan, add 1 tbsp oil, add grated onion and scotch bonnet,stir and fry add garam masala powder, red chili flakes.

  5. 5

    Add tofu to the above mixture and cook whilst stirring.

  6. 6

    Remove and serve
