Ingredients

  1. Spring roll pastry
  2. 2 cupsFlour
  3. 2 table spoonoil
  4. Water
  5. Vegetable filling
  6. Halfa ball of Cabbage
  7. 3carrots
  8. 1onion
  9. 2garlic
  10. 2fresh peppers
  11. Teaspoonapple cider vinegar
  12. Table spoonsoy sauce
  13. Teaspoonhoney
  14. Dipping sauce
  15. 1 tablespoonMayonnaise
  16. Teaspoonlemon juice
  17. Pinchblack paper
  18. Teaspoongarlic powder
  19. Teaspoonolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, sieve flour and rub in the oil. Add water and mix until an elastic dough is formed. Transfer to a flat surface and knead into a ball. Put it back to the bowl and cover to rest.

    Form dough into small balls. Flatten a ball and drizzle oil and flour. Flatten another ball and match them up. I merged 5 balls into one. And rolled it into larger circles

    After rolling the circles. Put into a pan with little oil and toss both sides for some seconds. Remove a layer after each turns. Yours pastry wrappers a ready.

    For the filing; shred up and cut all required ingredients. Stir fry in oil and add honey, vinegar and soy sauce

    Let it cool before wrapping.

    After wrapping fry until golden brown.

    For dipping sauce; whisk the measured mayo, garlic powder, black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.

    I stored some in the freezer for a rainy day lol
