Cooking Instructions

Finally slice the onions.heat oil put bay leaves and cinnamon then put onion and saute for 2 mins then add salt and cook till light golden.

When it's reach to this stage(shown in photo) add mutton and saute for 2 mins.

Then add ginger garlic paste and again saute for 2 mins and then add whisked dahi and cook for 1 min.

Then slit green chilli and add to the mutton and add cumin powder + coriander powder + garam masala powder and mix it well and cook for 2 mins again.

Then put 2 & 1/2 glass water cover the cover and cook till 5 whistles or till mutton is cooked.when mutton is done add potato pieces and again cook till 2 whistles and remove in a big pot.

Add peas and water if needed cover and cook for sometime till peas is half cooked.

Add washed rice and cook untill rice is 75% cooked.

Serve the mutton white pulao hot.

Put tawa on gas and place your pot on tawa cover and cook on a low flame till rice is done.
