Ingredients

  1. 2 cupbasmati rice
  2. 1 1/2 cupgreen peas
  3. 2sliced onion
  4. 1bay leaf
  5. 2green cardamom
  6. 3 tbsphomemade garam masala
  7. 3 tbspoil
  8. 1 tbspDesi ghee
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. As neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly wash and soak 10 min basmati rice. U can also use regular rice. Peel and wash green peas.

    Take a pressure cooker, add oil and heat. After that add bay leaf, cardamom and sliced onion. Stirring regularly until onion turn into brown in colour. Now add garam masala, mix it well. And add green peas. Mix well 1min.

    After a min, add soaked rice and mix well. When rice is mix in oil and spices, turn colored, then add salt and water. Cover the lid and wait 2-3 whistle.

    Hot hot peas pulao is ready for serve. Serve with desi ghee, raita and green chutney.
