Ingredients

20 minutes
3 serve
  1. 1 cuphalf fried paneer
  2. 12 bay leaves
  3. 2 cupboiled basmati rice
  4. Veggies like capsicum, beans, corn, peas
  5. leavesCoriander
  6. Green chillies
  7. Chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala
  8. Pavbhaji masala
  9. 1 cuponion
  10. 2big tomatoes
  11. Ginger garlic paste
  12. Oil to cook

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add some oil. After the oil is hot add ginger garlic paste and bay leaves saute them

  2. 2

    Then add some onions and tomatoes saute them until they change there colour. Now add all the veggies and add salt,chilli powder, turmeric powder, mix them well with veggies.

    Now add the boiled rice don't break them and saute them properly. afterward add garam masala and pav bhaji masala to enhance the taste cover it for 5 minutes. Now garnish the pulao with coriander leaves.
