Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 3 tablespoonoil
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  4. 2/3 cupwater
  5. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  6. For the stuffed fillings
  7. Cabbage
  8. Carrots
  9. Onion
  10. Scotch bonnet
  11. 3 tablespoonoil

    Wash and peal carrots and onions. Cut them into desired shapes but the sizes should be thin. Grind the scotch bonnet. Slice the cabbage

    In a pan, add the oil and stir fry the carrots till almost done, add the onion. Add scotch bonnet, cabbage,seasonings,Garam masala and curry to taste we

    Done. Allow to cool

    In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients very well, add oil and mix again. Add water and kneed. Cover and allow to rest for 10 minutes.

    Cut into 6. Make balls and roll each very flat

    Arrange the stuff fillin in cylinder shape. Roll into cylinder shape and add your flour gum. Mix water and flour and make a thick paste. That is the gum. Stick edges and fry in boiling oil. Make samosa shapes also.
