  1. 2 cuprice flour
  2. 1onion
  3. 1carrot
  4. 1finely chopped tomato
  5. 3chillies
  6. 1 inchginger chopped
  7. 0.25 tsphing
  8. 2 tspcumin seeds
  9. 0.25 tspturmeric powder
  10. leavesCurry
  11. leavesCoriander
  12. 4 tspshredded coconut
  13. 1 tspcoconut oil
  14. Salt
  15. 0.25 tspsugar
  16. Hot water

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients with hot water

    Brush the base paper with oil. Take small portion of dough and enlarge it by keeping a plastic paper on top of it. Remove plastic paper and place the base with dough inverted on the pan and remove it once it’s sticker to pan. Heat the rotti on both sides until it’s golden brown and serve with chutney
