Ingredients

  1. For kheer:
  2. 500 mlfull cream milk
  3. 1/2 cupchopped nuts (almonds pistachio cashews)
  4. 1/4 cupor as per the taste sugar
  5. 1 tspcardamom powder
  6. 7-8 strandssaffron
  7. 10-15fox nuts (make powder)
  8. For making Paneer
  9. 500mil of milk to make paneer
  10. 1lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Take 500 mil of milk in a pan
    Let it boil
    Add lemon juice.
    To let it curdle.
    Once done take it out in a Muslin cloth and wash it under running water so that the sourness of lemon juice goes away
    Squeeze and keep aside.

    Take other set of milk in a heavy bottom pan
    Let it get thick on low flame
    As it reduces add cardamom powder and nuts and fox nuts powder
    Keep stirring to reduce further
    Add sugar,

    Keep stirring to reduce further
    Once you feel Milk has thickened add crumbled paneer
    Keep stirring to reduce more.

  4. 4

    Switch off the gas once you get the desired thickness

  5. 5

    Take it out in the serving bowls
    Garnish with some more nuts
    Enjoy hot or refrigerate it to relish chilled
