Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupRagi flour
  2. 4 tspRice flour
  3. 1chopped onions
  4. 3-5Chopped green chilli
  5. 1 inchchopped ginger
  6. leavesCurry
  7. leavesCoriander
  8. 0.5 tspHing
  9. 1 tspcoconut oil
  10. 2 tspcumin seeds
  11. 1 tspjaggery
  12. 3 tspcoconut
  13. Salt
  14. Water to mix

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take onion + chilli + cumin seeds + curry leaves + coriander leaves + salt + jaggery +oil + hing + ginger + coconut. Mix well.

    Now to the same bowl add ragi flour + rice flour and mix well with hot water(half glass) and form a dough. Rest the dough for 30 minutes

    Now heat the pan. Take a small portion of dough and spread it round in a aluminum foil or sheet making holes in between. Place it on the pan and remove the foil carefully. Heat it on both sides.

  4. 4

    Serve hot ragi rotti with curd/yogurt and sugar.
