Ingredients

  1. 2boiled potatoes
  2. 2 tspCornflour
  3. To tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  5. Aa neededOil for frying the aalu balls
  6. For gravy
  7. 2Onion paste
  8. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  9. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  10. 2 tspcurd
  11. 2tomatoes paste
  12. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  13. 1 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1 tspCoriander powder
  15. 1 tspcumin powder
  16. 1 tspkitchen king
  17. 1 tspCumin seeds
  18. 2 tspfeenugreek leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the potato mixture then make balls and deep fry it.

    For gravy.. Heat oil in woke add cumin seeds, saute it then add onion paste and ginger garlic paste and cook it until it becomes golden brown., then add tomato puree and all the masalas and cook untill oil separates. At last add the fried potato balls in the gravy add water around 2cups and let it cook for 6-8 min dont over cook it as the kofta will broke down..

    At last add fenugreek leaves.
