Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Rice
  2. 4 tbsp Peas
  3. 4 tbspCorn
  4. 6-7 Black pepper
  5. 2-3 Cloves
  6. 2Cardamom
  7. 1 Bay Leaf
  8. 1/2 inch Cinnamon
  9. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  10. 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  11. as per tasteSalt
  12. 2 cup Water
  13. 1 tbsp Oil
  14. 1/2 tbsp Ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak the rice

  2. 2

    Heat a pan, add oil, and ghee.

  3. 3

    Now add all whole spices.

  4. 4

    As cumin start crackling, add peas and corns. Cook 1 min.

  5. 5

    Now add soaked rice and mix it

  6. 6

    Add salt, and lemon juice. Mix well. Cover it and cook at medium flame take 3-4 whistle, or till rice cooked properly.

    Peas corn Pulao is ready serve it.
