  2. 1 cupflour
  3. Spices of your choice
  4. pinchSalt
  5. 3 cubesMaggi
  6. 3Eggs
  7. Papprika(garin tattasai) or barkono you can use any
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Liquid milk(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash,cut and cook the chicken with salt and spices,drain the water and keep aside.

    Beat the eggs add salt,milk(optional)and spice,deep the chicken and marinate for 30mints.

    Sieve your flour,add salt,maggi,papprika and spices of your choice,mix well.

    Cover the chicken piece with the flour all over and fry.

    The taste is magnificent.
