Cooking Instructions

Peel the yam.

Cut it into medium cubes.

Wash it

Rinse the yam and place in a pot. pour enough water to amount the same level as the yam and add a pinch of salt and start cooking.

After 30 minutes the yam should be soft with a little water, then sieved the yam.

Pour your yam in a motor, add maggi, salt,curry,grinded onion and scotch bonnet and grind it very well

Mould the mash yam into balls and set aside.

Break the egg and whisk, when the oil is hot, coat each yam with the beaten egg before throwing into oil.

FOR THE EGG INTO EGG: cut you boiled egg into four pieces

Break the egg and whisk, add the boiled egg into the beaten egg.

Fry until light brown in colour.
