Ingredients

  1. 2Alphonso mangoes diced in small cubes
  2. 1English cucumber diced in cubes
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. 1green chilli deseed and chopped finely
  5. 1/2 cuppomegranate pearls
  6. 1red bell pepper diced in small cubes
  7. 2 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
  8. 2 tbspmint leaves chopped
  9. 2lemons juice
  10. 1 tspblack salt
  11. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  12. 1 tsporegano
  13. 1 tspchaat masala
  14. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  15. 1pkt readymade nachos

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add mangoes, cucumber, onion, red bell pepper, pomegranate, coriander leaves, mint leaves.

    Season it with all the masalas mentioned above.

  3. 3

    Lastly add the lime juice. Gently mix everything up, cover and refrigerate.

  4. 4

    Serve chilled with nachos.
