Ingredients

  1. As requiredOil
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1tomato paste
  4. 200 gramspaneer
  5. Few Garlic
  6. 250 gramsPalak purée (boiled spinach purée)
  7. 2 tablespoonshaldi, dhaniya and lal mirch powder
  8. as requiredCream
  9. 2 tablespoonsGaram masala
  10. To tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take mustard oil and fry paneer.

  2. 2

    Now add onion and garlic and cook until the onions are golden brown.

  3. 3

    Now add tomato purée and cover and cook.

  4. 4

    Now add all spices and salt and cover and cook.

  5. 5

    Now add Palak purée and cook until oil comes up.

  6. 6

    Now add fresh cream and fried paneer and Garam masala,cook for 5 minutes and it is ready to eat.
