Ingredients

  1. 1-2 cups of fresh SPINACH leaves
  2. 1whole ripe banana
  3. 1/2 - 1 cup chopped apple (potential fruit_pear,plum,papaya)
  4. (1 /2 - 1 cup any seasonal fruit can be included like grapes,berries)
  5. 2 tbspflax seeds
  6. 2 tbspraw nuts almonds
  7. 2-3 reseeded dates
  8. 1/2lemon juice
  9. 1/2ginger
  10. 1/2 cupfresh coconut milk (or coconut water or plain water)
  11. 1/2 - 1 tsp boost Ashwagandha (optional)
  12. (Or trifala or shatavari) boost can be added during physical or mental stress

Cooking Instructions

    Wash spinach leaves and apple thoroughly and chop.Peel of banana and cut into 2 halves.

    In a blender jar add Coconut milk,then spinach leaves,flax seeds,Almonds dates,ginger,Ashwagandha powder,apple, banana.Add lemon juice.Now blend into fine smoothy.

    No dried fruits are necessary.Consume at room temperature.use fresh or frozen.Transfer the green smoothy into serving glass.1 serving should be 500 ml.consume fresh.fresh is best.or keep in sealed container,refrigerate for about 24 hours.It gives 300_400 calories
