Grilled Spring Cabbage with Anchovy Sauce Grilled Spring Cabbage with Anchovy Sauce
I had a spring cabbage mimosa salad at my parent's place. The grilled cabbage was so sweet and was delicious on its own.So I served it with the salty flavors of anchovies in a bagna cauda style. The grilled cabbage is sweet that it only needs salt and pepper. Enjoy with the salty flavor of anchovies, which gives the dish a fancy edge. Recipe by Okaraseijin cookpad.japan -

Cod à la Meunière with Mustard Sauce Cod à la Meunière with Mustard Sauce
I tried mixing mustard with ingredients that seemed it would do well with since the my husband is huge mustard-lover. It looked nice, and everybody loved it.For your information, I boiled the green beans, and seasoned themwith balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and salt. It's a typical Italian salad. The grainy mustard that I bought was really quite tart, but you might not need to add honey depending on the taste of the grainy mustard.Adjust the amount of the honey so that the sauce isn't too sweet-tasting. You don't want to have it taste like honey-mustard. For 2 servings. Recipe by Kimaramutaki cookpad.japan -
You Especially Want To Eat These If You Live Overseas! Soy Sauce Rice Crackers You Especially Want To Eat These If You Live Overseas! Soy Sauce Rice Crackers
The rice crackers my family brings me from Japan are delicious, but I still want to eat rice crackers in between their visits... We can buy them out here, but they're expensive. I referred to several sites to come up with this. The last microwaving step idea came from the fact that Chinese shrimp crackers can be cooked that way...and it worked.I used generic rice flour which is easier to get overseas, rather than joshinko rice flour. It absorbs water differently from joshinko flour I think.Be sure to do Step 9. Brush the sauce on 2 to 3 times until the crackers are as flavored as you want them to be. Homemade Fresh Pasta with Meat Sauce Homemade Fresh Pasta with Meat Sauce
I had dinner at an Italian restaurant last night with friends and it was delicious, so I wanted to make some fresh pasta for my son. I had just received some fresh tomatoes as a gift, and I thought they'd be perfect in a sauce, and so I made this meat sauce. My son happily ate it up.Knead the pasta dough well. It's best to let the pasta dough rest.Drain off the moisture from the ripe tomatoes before cooking the sauce. Recipe by Takashi mama cookpad.japan
