Tomato and Paneer Sabji (Indian Stir Fried Vegetables and Cheese) Tomato and Paneer Sabji (Indian Stir Fried Vegetables and Cheese)
When I used to live in my homeland India, a lady in our neighborhood used to make this a lot for us. Adding tomato ketchup is my mother's secret touch. I love ketchup, so I love this dish too. It reminds me of home.I don't really have any hints. It goes well with rice or pasta, and it has lots of vegetables so it's healthy too. When people think of Indian cooking they only tend to think of curries, but this is the kind of dish that is eaten in Indian homes. It's not something you get in a restaurant. For 2 servings. Recipe by Plabar cookpad.japan -
Easy Paneer Easy Paneer
This is a recipe that my aunt makes. It's my favorite paneer rendition. Can't help miss her when I make this. Still can't get it as great as her! Ishita Das -

Palak Paneer Palak Paneer
My dad has been taking us for Northern Indian cuisine since I can remember. Our favorite restaurant was Pakeeza's at Right Angle in Seksyen 14, which is still there and it’s my turn now to take him and my mum whenever I visit home. A must-order would be the palak paneer... the type with palak you can chew rather than made into a paste. So this first attempt follows that memory of the dish being chunky instead of saucey. 😊 The Boggler -
