First take paneer in a bowl add little bit salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix it,fry it for 2-3 minutes (don’t over fry it). (I used my homemade paneer and I also share this recipe, You can watch it).

Now heat up a pan with oil add whole spices sauté for few seconds then add chopped onion fry it till colour becomes changed.

Now add ginger garlic paste, fry for few seconds then add tomato paste and all the listed masala and salt and mix it well.

Cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame till oil separates.

When masala will be cooked then add fried paneer and mix it and add 1 cup of water and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Now heat up a pan with oil add all the listed tadka ingredients sauté it for 1 minute and pour it in the gravy, mix it well and cook for another 1 minute and switch off the flame.

At last add chopped coriander leaves and Kasturi methi and our delicious paneer do pyaza is ready. Serve hot.
