Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall purpose flour
  2. 2 tablespooncorn starch
  3. 1 1/2 cupssuper fine sugar
  4. 10large egg whites
  5. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  6. 1 teaspoonbaking soda

Cooking Instructions

    Sift the flour and corn starch in a large bowl.Stir in 1/2 cup super fine sugar.

    Beat the egg whites,in a large bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until frothy.

    With mixer at high speed gradually beat in the remaining 1 cup sugar,beating until stiff peaks form.Put butter/oil on the toaster/sandwich well allow it to become heat for 3 minutes.

    Spoon the batter into a toaster/sandwich maker well pan.Bake for 3 minutes until brown in colour and springy to the touch.

    Cool the cake and Serve with cool and chilled drinks.
