Ingredients

  1. 1 packrasmalai
  2. 4 tbsp sugar
  3. 1big mango
  4. 1 litremilk
  5. Pistachios
  6. 1egg
  7. 2 tbsp oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl. Put a pack of ras malai in it.

    Add beaten egg and oil.Mix well and make balls.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile on another stove boil the milk by adding sugar.

    Now add balls in it and cook well.

  5. 5

    Put the lid on and simmer of a while. Ready

    Let it cool

    Now in a juicer put mango chunks and blend well.

  8. 8

    Now mix this blended mango in Rasmalai.

  9. 9

    Refrigerate it for an hr.

  10. 10

    Ready. Top with pistachios and mango designed chunks Serve chilled.
