  3. 3red bell pepper
  4. 1medium onion
  5. Oil
  6. Spices

    Boil gizzard with spices,Fry it and set aside

  2. 2

    Fry the grinded onion and pepper and add the gizzard, add the spices and little water and allow to boil for 5 mins
