Ingredients

7 to 8 servings
  1. 1.5 cupflour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 cupoil
  4. 1/2 cupcurd
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 1/2baking soda
  7. 1 tspcoffee
  8. 1/2 tspvinegar plane
  9. 1/2 tspcoco powder
  10. 1/2 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Take all dry ingredients with perfect measurements,see the flour measurements.

    Now coco powder.

    Baking powder and soda.

    Mix well all dry ingredients. Now take oil in a bowl.

    Take curd and mix in oil add vinegar. Now beat them well.

    Mix till smooth consistency now add sugar.

    Start mixing well.

    Now add milk and again beat for 2 minutes.

    See the batter,now take coffee in a bowl.

    Add 3 tsp of water and mix it,and leave for a while.take the dry ingredients now.

    First add coffee and mix it.

    Now start adding dry ingredients 2 -2 spoons and mix them well.then do the same for rest flours.

    After adding complete mixture see the consistency of batter,if you get still little hard then you can add 3 to 4 spoon of milk.pre -heat your oven/ convection microwave or whatever the thing in which you are baking.

    See the temperature, function and timer in pre- heating the oven.

    Now take a cake bowl,measure the butter paper for your bowl.

    Cut it and grease your paper only from one side and wall of bowl also.you can take butter paper for wall side also.

    Transfer all batter in it.add some choco chips.

    Put your bowl in oven and set the timer only,it's about 30 minutes, rest is leave same for baking.

    See the start rising up.

    After 25 minutes check your cake with toothpick pick.if it comes out then bake it more 5 to 10 minutes.

    Take out the cake,and let be cool completely in room temperature put the knife in edges slowly..

    Now remove your cake from tin lift up in opposite side and slowly takeout the butter paper,.

    Your chocolate mocha cake is ready to eat,you can decorate yourself.
