Ingredients

  1. Catfish
  2. Snail
  3. Periwinkle
  4. Achi (thickner)
  5. Fresh pepper (the yellow one is preferable)
  6. Salt
  7. Maggi
  8. Carfish
  9. leafUziza
  10. Palmoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash fish, periwinkle and snail very well, season and boil for 10min, add palmoil when it's start to boil again add 1/2 teaspoon of Achi to thicken a bit.

    Add crafish, pepper Maggi and salt then lastly add uziza leaf.
