Ingredients

  1. 250 gmspaneer cut to desired sizes
  2. 1onion finely chopped
  3. 1 cupchopped coriander leaves
  4. as requiredChopped green chilli
  5. 1 tsp ginger paste
  6. 2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. 3 tbspcornflour
  10. 2eggs
  11. as requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    At first break the eggs. Then add 3 tbspn cornflour in it. Mix it well.

    Add 1 finely chopped onion. Add 1 tspn ginger paste, chopped green chilli.Mix it well. Add salt as per taste. Mix it well.

    Add the chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well.Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix it well. Add more cornflour if needed.

    Now add the paneer pieces. Mix it well. Keep it aside.

  5. 5

    Add good amount of oil to the pan and heat it.

  6. 6

    Add the paneer pieces one by one. Fry it until golden brown. Serve it with chutney or tomato sauce.
