Ingredients

1 cupdhooli moong dal
1 pinchhing/ asafoetida
to tasteSalt
as neededPaneer cubes
as neededOil for frying

Steps

1

Soak moong dal overnight.
2

Grind into a fine paste. Now add hing, salt in it. Mix.

Cut paneer into big sized cubes.
4

Now dip the paneer pieces into the dal batter and deep fry these paneer pieces.
5

Sprinkle chat masala over it and serve.
