Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 2 tspriceflour
  3. pinchturmeric powder
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1/4 tspgarlic paste
  6. 1/4 tspajwain
  7. 1/3 tspred chilli powder
  8. As neededAs fried oil
  9. as needed tomato and tamarind ketchup
  10. 8 pcspaneer

Cooking Instructions

    Take a paneer pcs put some salt,chilli and garlic paste rub in paneer slices.Take rest for half an hour.

    Take a mixing bowl put besan,rice flour mix then add all spices mix add water mix then make a semi liquid batter.

    Take a wok add oil then oil heat take a batter put paneer slices coat in batter for both sides then fry in golden colour.

  4. 4

    Then enjoy paneer pakoras in ketchup.
