Ingredients

  1. 5frozen chaap
  2. 1 cuptomato puree
  3. 1/2 cuponion paste
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. To tastesalt
  10. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    First cut chaap into round shape.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok and deep fry it.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a other wok add onion paste and saute it.

  4. 4

    Now add tomato puree,ginger garlic paste and spices and saute til leave the oil.

  5. 5

    Add some water and boiled it

  6. 6

    Now add fried chaap and cook on low flame for 5 minute.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with paratha.
