Ingredients

  1. 3 piecesfried Sardines
  2. 3medium Scotch bonnet
  3. 1red pepper
  4. 1medium onion
  5. 4garlic clove
  6. Seasoning
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 3tablespoonful oil
  9. 1teaspoonful curry powder
  10. 1/2teaspoonful thyme

    Prepare your ingredients

    On a medium heat, put on your pan and scoop oil

  3. 3

    Add some chopped onions and stir for few seconds

  4. 4

    Put in minced garlic paste, thyme and curry powder and stir for a minute

  5. 5

    Add grated scotch bonnet, red pepper and stir for 3 minutes, add sliced onion, seasoning and a pinch of salt

    Put your fried sardines and stir until everything is combined and cover your pan and allow to simmer for 3 minutes.

    Peppered fish is done. You can serve with rice, bread, spaghetti or any food you like eating with fish.
