Tomato Sauce Tomato Sauce
We need to learn how not to waste the blessings we've been given and use them completely.👌 Every time I cook, I collect tomato peels in a food bag in the freezer until I have enough to make tomato sauce. It turned out wonderful and delicious with pasta and pizza.😋 I hope you try it and let me know how it goes. 🥰😉 LoubnaTranslated from Cookpad Morocco -
Sautéed Chicken Thighs with My Special Sauce Sautéed Chicken Thighs with My Special Sauce
This is a different version of "Pork Yakiniku with my Special Sauce", using chicken thighs. In this, I sauté the chicken first and pour the sauce over it.With this recipe, only one frying pan is used, so I stir-fry the cabbage first and transfer it to a dish, then microwave it to warm it up later. If you use two frying pans, you can cook the chicken and cabbage at the same time. Tomato Sauce Tomato Sauce
I learned this while I was abroad. This is an easy version that's light on the oil. It's a simple and delicious all-purpose sauce with no frills!Be sure not to burn the garlic when cooking it. You can make various versions by adding meat, vegetables, white sauce, sour cream, curry powder, etc. If you want to have a thicker sauce, you can add some katakuriko potato starch to adjust the thickness. Chicken Drumettes In Japanese Style Demi-glace Sauce With Red Wine Chicken Drumettes In Japanese Style Demi-glace Sauce With Red Wine
I read in a novel that the secret ingredient in hashed beef rice stew was soy sauce. So based on that I tried combining red wine, demi-glace, along with soy sauce, and it turned out absolutely amazing.I recommend using bone-in chicken. It has way more umami than the boneless kind! If you put the potatoes in from the start they'll just melt away...so if you want to keep them intact, pre-cook them in a microwave first and put them in at Step 10. We like sweet soy-sauce based flavors in our family, but adjust the saltiness of the stew to your preference. For 4 serving. Recipe by Anchomai cookpad.japan -

Linguini with fresh Tomato Sauce (Makaronia Me Tomata Salsa) Linguini with fresh Tomato Sauce (Makaronia Me Tomata Salsa)
This recipe has been sitting in my draft box for a while now, but for some reason I really never got around to making it. Today, it’s very cold and at the moment it’s snowing and I don’t want to make soup, so I decided on this delicious pasta dish which will work just fine. New Year Eve seems to getting closer, and I still haven’t planned out the New Year Eve Menu not really sure what it is I want to make 😦 but one thing I do know for sure is we will be making the classic Greek Cake Vasilopita.During the holidays we tend to make too much food and this means too many leftovers. This year there was wayyy to much leftovers than previous years, the reason as you all know was due to the fact of the passing of our dog Marka, no one really had a appetite for eating big…:( Life must go on and so it will as the New Year approaches.I hope you enjoy this delicious pasta dish not to many ingredients and very quick to make. 🙂 Foodzesty -

Home-Made Okonomiyaki Sauce Home-Made Okonomiyaki Sauce
Since I want to be able eat okonomiyaki and takoyaki whenever I want, I make this sauce each time.Even if you don't have any vegetable soup or vegetable juice, you can still make this recipe. Whenever I make stew, before I add the flavourings, I put aside some soup for okonomiyaki sauce.Since vegetable soup is quite sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar in this recipe.
