Ingredients

3 glasses
  1. 3Raw mangoes
  2. 1/4 cupFresh mint
  3. 1/2 tspRoasted cumin powder
  4. 1 cupSugar
  5. 2 tspBlack salt
  6. 6 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and dry the raw mangoes, using a fork prick it all over.

  2. 2

    Roast the mangoes over direct heat for about 10 min.

  3. 3

    Peel the skin, cool and using your hands pull out all the pulp.

  4. 4

    Take the pulp in a blender, add sugar, black salt, roasted cumin powder, mint and blend to make a paste.

    Add water and blend again for a min.

  6. 6

    Refrigerate for about 2 hours.

  7. 7

    Pour in glasses and serve chilled.
