This is a very traditional bread made in Poland. It is traditionally served around Christmas and Easter. It is so good so why wait! It makes a delicious french toast, dinner bread so enjoy it often! I make it sometimes without the raisins. Either way, just fabulous!

A simple dish that anyone can make with just a slice of stale bread. Today, I felt like having it this way. It can be served as an appetizer.

I substitute my usual carb intake which is rice with rye bread, which contain high fibre. Avocado and mayo are for the fat, and honey to give a sweet flavour. Yup, that's it. No green veggies for today.

A very elegant bread dough.Be sure to give it plenty of time to rest (this helps you shape it easily). This dough is relatively high in moisture, so I think it's easy to handle.
