Wash the fish. Grind all the spices. Now add 4-5 tbsp of grinded spices into the fish. And keep the rest for gravy. Add salt and let it marinate for 1/2 an hour.

Next heat the wok fully till the smoke comes out of it. Add oil then slowly put 4-5 pieces of fish and fry properly both the sides add oil as required. like wise fry all the fish. Now add some oil in wok add cumin seeds. Then add the rest masala for gravy.

Add all the dry powdered masala into the rest masala. Put the spices in wok and fry till oil geta separated. Add water and salt. Let it boil once then add few of the pieces of your choice into gravy.cook for 15 minutes on low flame. Fish curry is ready and also fish fry.
