Ingredients

  1. 8bread slices
  2. 100 gramspaneer
  3. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  4. 1finely chopped capsicum
  5. 1finely chopped onion
  6. As per tasteSalt
  7. As requiredButter
  8. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  9. 2 tbsptomato sauce
  10. 3 tbspgreen chutney
  11. 2cheese cubes
  12. 1/2 tspchaat masala

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all the ingredients i e crumbled paneer, finely chopped onions and capsicum, black pepper, salt, chaat masala, grated cheese and tomato sauce. Mix it well.

    Remove the brown part from the bread and flatten the bread using rolling pin.

    Apply green chutney on the bread than add paneer stuffing and fold the bread like roll.

    Toast the roll until crisp and brown using butter.

    Serve in the tiffin with chutney or sauce.
